Ralph Pascucci


Throughout his career, Ralph has been a serial entrepreneur and has founded and helped grow several successful businesses. He began his career with Oxford Resources (a pioneer in automotive lease financing) and was helpful in building the business from a small private company to a successful public listing, and ultimately to a strategic sale. Ralph also served as President of Oxford Risk Associates, a risk management firm in the P&C insurance business. In addition, Ralph co-founded Oxford Solutions, a cyber security firm in the managed services business. Currently, he is a Principal of Sebonack Golf Club in Southampton, NY.

Ralph founded Netrex Capital Markets, LLC to help middle market companies and private equity firms arrange capital in a more competitive and efficient manner. Ralph is a native of Long Island, NY. He received his BA from Bucknell University and an MBA from New York University.

Philanthropically, Ralph has served on the board of The Interfaith Nutrition Network (The INN) for 23 years. The INN is a non-profit organization with 17 soup kitchens and emergency shelters for the hungry and homeless on Long Island. Additionally, he has served as a Board member of Fund for the Poor (which helps poor and disabled children both in the U.S. and internationally) for 22 years.
